Welcome to Our Practice

From patient to employee, Reagan joined our team June 2020 after graduating from Amarillo College as registered dental hygienist. Before becoming a hygienist, Reagan completed her degree in Natural Resource Conservation & Ecology from Lubbock Christian University. Reagan and her husband, John, have a new baby girl Hayley. They love spending time long boarding and taking care of their dog!

The newest member of our team is Carrie Paz. Carrie has been a dental assistant for over six years and loves being with patients! Her fiancé, Jeremiah, and she have five children; Emeri, Brightly, Jeremiah II, Nialynn, and Jane. Carrie loves spending time with family, playing board games and having movie night. 

Serving as the heart of our office, Cypil has been the Office Coordinator for over 20 years. After attending school in Colorado and Arizona, Cypil made her way back to Lubbock where she met her husband, JD. She and her husband have been married for 30 years, and they have three beautiful kids. Cypil loves watching Hunter, Logan and Avery participate in the activities they love, and being with family and friends! 

Tami has worked at the office for over 10 years and  served as Dr. McNeill's lead assistant for three years. She is a team player that never lets our office have a dull moment. Tami has four children: Dylan, Hanna, Landon and Wyatt. In her spare time she likes to read and shop!  

Our West Texas homegrown hygienist, Kelli, has been cleaning teeth for 32 years. After growing up in Plainview and Lamesa, Kelli received her dental hygiene license at Howard County Junior College in Big Spring. Aside from working at Dr. Leslie’s, she likes to do water activities at the lake and gardening. Kelli loves spending time with her husband of 31 years, Craig, her kids and grandchildren!                

Our Lubbockite, Kelsey, has been a dental hygienist for seven years. Following her graduation at Lubbock Christian High School, Kelsey attended Texas A&M College of Dentistry and received her Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is married to Kyle, and they have two boys, Parker and Henry, and a little girl, Julia! Kelsey spends her free time with friends and family, and enjoys watching sports!

Our small town hygienist, Casie, has been cleaning teeth at our office for more than seven years. After graduating from Lubbock Christian University where she played basketball, Casie received her Associate of Applied Science at Tarrant County College to become a registered dental hygienist. She is married to her husband, Brandon, and they have three kids: Jaxon, Delanie and Jake. Casie loves spending her free time with friends and family, and chasing her kids around.

Growing up in a dental family, Celeste, has been here since July 2018. Following her graduation from Trinity High School, Celeste went on to get her Bachelor's in Public Relations from Texas Tech University. She then went on to get her dental hygiene license at Amarillo College. Celeste is married to her husband, Justin, and  they have a son, Tristan. They enjoy traveling, cooking and baking!
